Privacy policy
How we handle your details.
Who we are
Spruce & Shine Services provides residential cleaning in London and surrounding areas. Contact: sprucenshineservices@gmail.com, 07903 803285.
What we collect
When you request a quote or book, we collect the details you give us: name, phone number, email, postcode, the service you want and any notes. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details in that conversation.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, quote, arrange and carry out your clean, and keep records of the work. We don't sell your data.
Who we share it with
Our website host and form provider (Netlify) processes form submissions on our behalf. Google receives advertising measurement data as described under Cookies. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use Google Ads cookies to measure which of our adverts lead to enquiries. They're only set if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you reject, Google may still receive basic, cookieless signals (for example, that an enquiry happened) without identifying you.
You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. See how Google uses this information.
